Brian Jones is the owner and operator of J&M Contracting Solutions LLC, a general contracting company specializing in both residential and commercial construction. With extensive experience in all aspects of the building process—from initial planning to project completion—Brian has built a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship, dependable service, and integrity on every job site. Brian is also very family oriented. Dedicated to serving his wife and stepdaughter as a leader and example to follow. His love for his family reflects his foundational beliefs.

Before launching his career in construction, Brian proudly served in the United States Army as an Armored Reconnaissance Specialist from 2001 to 2004. He completed a 15-month combat tour in Baghdad, Iraq (2003–2004) with the 1st Cavalry Division, 2nd Brigade “Black Jack” Combat Team. His military service instilled in him discipline, leadership, and resilience—qualities that continue to shape his approach to business and life.

In addition to his construction expertise, Brian is a certified trainer in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, equipping individuals and organizations with proven principles for leadership and effectiveness. He is also deeply committed to community impact, serving through an inner-city Christian ministry with Eyes On Me Inc., where he mentors, supports, and uplifts others through faith and service. He dedicates time to serving his community, mentoring, and providing faith-based guidance to those in need.

Corey Irey is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in building materials, known for his reliable service, honest communication, and practical solutions for contractors, builders, and homeowners. With a strong background in flooring, doors, trim, and stair parts, he has built trusted relationships across the industry.

Before entering the construction field, Corey served in the U.S. Army with tours in Korea and Iraq, an experience that shaped his discipline, resilience, and people-first approach. After his military service, he worked in route sales in Colorado and later moved to Texas in 2012, where he established his career and family. For the past decade, he has specialized in outside sales, customs, and marketing for a stair-parts company.

Guided by his faith and love of country, Corey is committed to helping others succeed and leading with integrity. His greatest pride is his 18-year-old twin sons, whose achievements inspire his dedication to purposeful living and service.
